Es begann als Schnapsidee, wie die meisten legendären Rockband-Karrieren. WildRider wurden 2013 volltrunken von Thomas Franke (Lead Vocals), Marcello Sonnenberg (Lead Guitar), Marco Ripper (Rhythm Guitar), Rob Kolle (Bass Guitar) und Kevin Kurth (Drums) gegründet. Stilistisch widmete sich das Quintett ihrer Liebe zum vor Sex triefenden Hard Rock der 80er Jahre.
